Delete your Brainback data
Two ways: in the app, or here with your data ID. Either one deletes your account and everything we store about it on our server.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Brainback and go to the Help tab.
- Tap Delete my data.
- Tap Yes, delete everything.
This erases your counts, to-dos, habits and settings from the phone, and your account (email, push token, subscription record and backed-up totals) from our server.
Option 2: on this page
Use this if you can't open the app, for example after losing your phone. Your data ID is your account's secret ID. In the app it's under Help → Copy my data ID.
No data ID?
Email toolparadox@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete your account. We reply within 30 days.
Crash and analytics data held by Google Firebase follows Firebase's own retention rules, and Google Play purchase history stays with Google. See the privacy policy.
